Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using any of Mindme services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mindme.

Eligibility and Registration

To use our platform, you can be of any age, but you must be capable of addressing your concerns and emotional challenges. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated. Mindme reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

User Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to immediately notify mindme of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Mindme will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

Services Provided

Mindme provides access to licensed Psychological Wellness Professionals and other mental health resources. The platform may offer live consultations, non-instant communication, and pre-recorded content for educational purposes While we strive to connect you with qualified professionals, Mindme does not support any particular individuals or guarantee the accuracy of the advice they provide.

No Emergency Services

Mindme is not suitable for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency, you should contact emergency services or visit the nearest hospital. Mindme services are designed for non-emergency wellness support and educational purposes only.

Membership and Payment

The membership is a one-year contract between Mindme and user. With a payment of ₹699 you will have full access to our mental wellness services for one year from the activation date. If you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so; however, please note that refunds are not available.

To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, you’ll need to renew your membership at the end of each year. We will notify you in advance about renewal and updated fee details.

We use third-party payment processors, and by using our services, you agree to their terms and conditions.

Mindme reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you choose to deactivate your account, you may do so; however, please be aware that refunds will not be provided, and your data will be automatically deleted from our records.

User Conduct

As a user, you agree to:

Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other users and professionals.

Avoid sharing misleading, false, or offensive content.

Not engage in any disruptive, harmful, or illegal behavior on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the platform.

Upload or transmit malicious software or content.

Use the platform for any commercial purpose without Mindme written consent.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software on the platform, is owned by or licensed to Mindme and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content may violate these laws.

Privacy Policy

Your use of the platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our services, you consent to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services and Links

The platform may include links to external websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mindme. While we do not support or take responsibility for any third-party content, Mindme ensures that there is no direct privacy breach from our platform when accessing third-party services. Users access third-party services at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindme and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

The use or inability to use the platform.

Unauthorized access or alterations to user data.

Any content or conduct of any third party on the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to compensate, defend, and hold Mindme, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform.

Violation of these Terms.

Termination of Services

Mindme may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any accrued obligations will survive termination.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India and proceedings conducted in English.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
